OUR PEOPLE

The management, commercial and technical staff that we employ in our factory in Peristeri, Attica, amounts to 210 people. Maintaining a high priority in terms of improving the quality of our products and providing a high level of support to our customers, we offer systematic training programs and educational seminars to all our employees. Every year we recruit a significant number of employees from all levels of education. In 2022 we were awarded by the Ministry of Labour for our recruitment and training policies for our employees.

From April 2023, we have embarked on a major journey to rebuild our organisational structure with a focus on our management and commercial team.

In this context, it is our obligation to maintain an excellent working environment that ensures meritocracy and teamwork.

We are proud because from the very beginning of our operation we have implemented and developed specific personnel evaluation policies, and development and training programs.

This element has enhanced work commitment and differentiated us from the competition making us a model company for our entire industry.
