Elvida Foods at Gastrosophy Fest 2026!

With an unwavering commitment to quality and exceptional ingredients, Elvida Foods participated as a Supporter of Gastrosophy Fest 2026 – the World Festival of Greek Gastronomy, held on Sunday, October 4, at the Faliro Indoor Arena (Tae Kwon Do).

The event brought together leading Greek and international chefs, distinguished professionals, and members of the gastronomy community, creating a dynamic platform for meaningful connections, the exchange of ideas, and contemporary culinary creativity.

As part of the festival, premium Devesa Angus Beef was selected as the key ingredient for two distinctive culinary creations, showcasing its exceptional quality and unique character through contemporary gastronomic approaches:

• Giouvetsi with Devesa Spider Steak, orzo and cream cheese
• “Carpaccio”, pickled cucumber, rocket and Nio cheese

At Elvida Foods, we carefully select and offer high-quality products that inspire culinary professionals — exceptional ingredients defined by their distinctive identity, consistent quality, and outstanding flavour.

Our presence at Gastrosophy Fest 2026 reflects the philosophy at the heart of Elvida Foods and our ongoing commitment to being present where exceptional ingredients meet expertise, creativity, and culinary excellence.

Premium ingredients. Exceptional creations.
